    10/2/2023 update: Now that I've moved out of the property they have cut off all communication (most likely in an attempt to avoid having to return my damage deposit) I am no longer able to login in to the portal they provide tenants to monitor communication, issues, and payments. They have not returned messages, texts, and have not answered their phone. My advice to anyone considering renting from this company is DON'T. Very poorly managed management company. The people that I am able to contact have never been to the property they rented to me so they are unable to answer basic questions such as, where is the mailbox located? They don't respond most of the time when you use the portal they provide for you to communicate with them. Service requests go unanswered for weeks, and then they are only answered if you take your time to reach out repeatedly. The unit they rented to me was very dirty when I moved in, the windows don't work properly, the window screens are bent and broken. The furnace did not work the first time I attempted to use it. The floor tiles are loose throughout the apartment. Light bulbs were burnt out or missing. The refrigerator doesn't work properly (they replaced it, with another used one that doesn't work properly) Some of these things are probably my fault for not noticing beforehand but there was not electricity or water when I viewed the place so it was hard to see and notice everything that was wrong. I would never rent from this property management company again.

    If you are looking to rent an apartment with this management group, RUN. Do not think about it, dont consider this as one of the outliers in the reviews, but as a warning. These people are some of the most unprofessional, rude, and disorganized management group you can find. They will lie to your face, even with proof, and they will deny that they ever said anything even when you have emails showing otherwise. They will deduct money from your security deposit for a cleaning fee that was never stated anywhere in the lease agreement contract. Even when asked to provide proof of where in the contract it stated that such a deduction would be made, they failed to provide it, and stopped replying to my emails. I cited Texas Property Code as a breach of violation in my tenant rights, and will be following up with a demand letter. Do not for any reason, talk to them over the phone, and always keep emails because these people have no shame and will lie about everything, especially Narda.

    Ever since the company took over/bought the Verturo apartments, I've had the worst experience as a tenant with this company. I've sent emails/texts for concerns and they obviously don't care for the tenants and their quality of life. They don't reply to any messages or follow up, for anyone who looking into renting with this company PMI RGV/Homerock LLC with Gustavo Terrones, I would encourage you to look elsewhere if you want to be listened to. **update** If the company cares so much about its tenants, explain this? (April 29th 2023 storm knocked down car port causing damages to a pickup) (May 17th 2023 car port still sits on ground without any word from landlond/company) Company is a joke.

Good afternoon Mr. Kelly, 
It is unfortunate that you are feeling that way. 
We try our best to keep constant communication with all our tenants as we do with you via text messages/portal conversations. 
The maintenance request with the birds that is an ongoing issue that we are trying to resolve. The problem is that when our maintenance crew sets up an appointment with you, you fail to show. Our maintenance team is there for half an hour to an hour waiting for your call back or a response from a text message. 
Like this week, the set up two separate maintenance appointments with you and you failed to be there. One was set for Wednesday, March 8th at 1PM and another was set for Thursday, March 9th at 9AM and both you failed to show for the maintenance request. The birds in the attics need to be addressed from both inside and outside the apartment so that they can cover any existing holes that are there. 
We do the best we can in setting up appointments and getting them addressed in a timely manner, but we do need both parties to be willing to help in addressing the problem. 

We hope that we can get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Good afternoon Mrs. Cruz, I am sorry you feel that way, but we were nothing but courteous to you as we are with all our other tenants. I acknowledge your discontent given you didn't get the answers you were looking for, but that doesn't mean we were rude or unprofessional. Everyone in the office including Narda, always treated you with respect and attended your needs in a professional manner. As per your emails, all were answered. If I am not mistaken the last email we sent you with information you requested, you replied to it thanking us and letting us know that was all you needed. As per the cleaning, we explained to you, we had to send someone in to clean due to the apartment needed some additional cleaning, in specific, ceiling fans with dust residue and dust on top of the cabinets, and behind appliances. In addition, we explained to you what was done to the apartment maintenance wise. It is unfortunate you left feeling that way but I can assure you we never lie to our tenants and any thing we say we always back it up with proof. Regards, PMI RGV

Hello,I can assure you ALL of our tenants listened to ALL the maintenance calls attended. Our model is to WORK FOR OUR PROPERTY OWNERS IN BENEFIT OF OUR TENANTS. We always adhere to terms and conditions of our contract and encourage all our tenants to go back to the contract for reference. I can only assume you didn’t get the answer you were looking for, but again, we always refer back to the terms and conditions of the tenant’s particular contract. My sincere apologies if you didn’t get the answer you were looking for. Even though you are no longer a tenant, we will always be willing and able to clarify any misunderstanding. Thank you.
