We have bought two homes and sold one with Joyce. She was very attentive to our needs and did a great job at keeping our eyes open to the many variables that come with come with buying a home. I cannot recommend Joyce Smithers enough to anyone in the McAllen-Mission housing market.

My husband and I purchased a new home this summer with the help of Joyce Smithers and we had a great experience! Through the whole process Joyce kept on top of everything and was always extremely prompt in replying to all of our messages and texts. She was very accommodating to our wishes and needs, and we did not ever feel that we were not a priority. We felt very comfortable when we needed to ask questions or ask Joyce for advice about what we should do, and we did feel that she cared about and was representing our best interest. Joyce took us several times to see homes including one day when many roads were flooded due to recent heavy rains. We would definitely work with Joyce again and would also highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent!
