Rick helped my mother Arcelia with a sale of an old family property and research into buying a one. He was very helpful and kind to her and my aunt in helping them navigate through a tricky sale but his patience was very much appreciated and he was able to get them more than they thought for the old property. Rick Allen was God-sent! We had been searching for houses online and were new to the process. While seeking to tour a property, we were somehow redirected to him – who gladly and promptly assisted us. Immediately, we were drawn to his honesty, good character, and lively sense of humor. We toured a couple of houses, and through each one of them, Rick provided insightful information that we had not considered. When we finally found “the one,” he made sure everything was covered and ready before we made the offer. Though we had some bumps on the way, Rick was always there to advise us on what we needed to do. He was helpful and ever so professional. I’ve had many realtors, some good, some bad, but Rick is high and above the best. For starters, his communication skills and availability are far superior than any other realtor. Rick always answers a call/text, if not, that means he’s closing a deal on another property. Rick has great knowledge in real estate and pointed my family in the right direction every time. If you get added to his email list, you will know when houses are listed before any website like Zillow or Realtor.com. Rick’s market analysis of properties is one of his greatest assets as a realtor. From the initial consultation up to selling/moving in, Rick is very hands on in the buying/selling process. Rick gave us every update in the buying/selling process and left no questions unanswered. I highly recommend Rick Allen as RGV’s GO-TO realtor.
