Everything is fine, if there are people in front of you, you line up and wait, you put the cans on the scale and they give you a piece of paper that you take to the window. The lady who serves you doesn't even look you in the eyes or say hello because she's on her cell phone. The gentleman at the scale was very kind.

We got there at 4:45 and the lady would not let us go in the yard we knew exactly what we needed and where to find it. We traveled from a few city's away just to be turned away is very bad business. This was a Friday so clearly they wanted to leave early but they could be more clear that if they want to close early have it posted and clearly they don't.
