Honestly love the service here, its just a shame that you end up waiting 2 and a half hours in the waiting room and another hour in the back every time I come see the doctor. Im ready to move on from here, its been the past 3 times in a row. Also, appointment times dont matter here they just mean you will get seen that day. Whether its 2 or 4 hours later is a different story. Also, good luck trying to get them to answer the phone.

The receptionists are rude, they dont have any mannerism when speaking to patients. My worst experience was when I was ill and was in need of a telemed consultation. The receptionist said she would relate the message to dr. Well, it took them a month later to respond to the telemedicine and send me medicine. Another occasion is when my mother went to the doctor and receptionist didnt want to attend my mother because it was full but office was empty, people like that should not work in the front. So, it may seem that we may need to seek a different doctor.

The las time i was there, Estella the NP was still there. Unsure if she is still there. All i can say is that Dr. Coimbra and Estella the NP are amaizing, they take the time to listen to you and answer your questions. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about their receptionist/staff. Phone calls are not answered and it's so difficult to get an appointment. You need to go in person in order to get an appointment and it's far away from that day. Unless you want to go on as a walking, but after 5pm, and you will need to wait long hours to be seen. The receptionist is not friendy, she can have an attitude, and she's not welcoming. Understandably may be due to the businesses of the clinic. I met Dr. Coimbra when she was still a resident and I'm so glad that her business is growing, but just like her business is growing, perhaps the office needs additional staff to meet the demands of the clinic.
