Mr Gerardo filed for my ERC credit back in December of 22. We received the credit in April and paid him his percentage for filing the returns immediately. In May I sent him the tax information to amend our returns for the ERC credit. After many calls I finally received the first draft on October 18th with many mistakes. I sent corrections in on October 23rd. It took almost a month to get corrections back. Some of the mistakes are mathematical other mistakes were not calculating the tax due, not having owner percentages correct and income for the owners did not match what was received. I spent over a hour on the phone with him hoping for a solution. He sent me partial information and it is still incorrect. He has had 6 months to do the returns that he received over 100k to do. I would NOT recommend him to my worst enemy. I feel like Ive been taken advantage of. If something isnt done legal action will begin. All reactions: 1
