        No service available at all and was stranded in McAllen while on vacation. Called customer service and was given a number of a medical device company. Not happy at all.

        They hid my other one star review from the public 4 weeks ago. This place is terrible, my wife uses the metro service daily, often calls to find out route times. They continue to treat her with disrespect, and when she asks to speak to managers/supervisors, they just say that they are not available. Very corrupt organization, what a shame.
