Booked a load in the morning for next day called me this afternoon to cancel my load for no reason or explanation. Who can rate this people?

I booked a load on 7/27 going from NJ to FL with Jeffrey Nash. He sent me the rate con at 2:42 pm and my driver was in CT, he told me it was a 24hour shipper, so I was fine. On the rate con the delivery was set for next day 7/28, so I told him and he sent me a new rate con with a morning delivery on 7/29. My driver got to NJ at 7:00pm because of traffic and stayed at the shipper until 7:00am next day. Of course we couldn't make i to the delivery which I told Jeffrey. He was just lying about changing the delivery appt. When my driver got to Walmart, the appointment was on 7/28, the same that Jeffery had sent me when I booked the load. He did not change the appointment, did not pay me my detention, or layover in FL, because my driver had to stay an extra day waiting for a new appt. Jeffrey had the audacity of saying that we were late and were going to deduct money from the rate!!!! Please just don't book load with them, they will do the same to you. Very unprofessional and liars!!!
