Ive worked for a few medical facilities and the wait wasn't that long give or take about 2-3 hours, but that's to be expected at any doctors office. This facility was great. Thank you Dr. Wilson and staff.

Attention to those sent here by their employer: If you find yourself at this establishment due to your employer's directive, it's time to consider legal assistance. Unfortunately, the doctors here may lead you to believe everything is fine when it's not. They're not on your side. Be vigilant about documenting every detail of your experience, including translating incident forms word for word, as they may twist information to favor your employer. Additionally, I recommend requesting a different doctor aside from Dr. Furr. I've encountered significant challenges with Dr. Furr, who has proven to be unprofessional, vulgar and unreasonable. Despite promises to provide the necessary support, Dr. Furr has struggled to handle basic tasks like writing prescriptions and listening to my concerns. Recently, I addressed these concerns, including Dr. Furr's hostile behavior, with the clinic's management. They assured me that they would investigate the matter and give me a callback, particularly Dr. Furr's unacceptable conduct. Erica Williams has yet to follow up even after submitting my complaint about this professional. Stay tuned for updates as my case progresses.

DON'T RECOMMEND! My husband went yesterday and though he didn't have a long wait, hence the one star, it was the worst urgent care experience! First, I must mention that there needs to be greater professionalism and communication from the physicians to ensure a more positive patient experience. Second, the physician, Dr. Gregory Fehr, smelled like he chain smoked cigarettes before he came in the examination room, he asked why he was there and was very rude when he explained (to him) that a workplace nurse observed an abnormal condition in my ears, he was condescending throughout the entire visit, he gave such a snap diagnosis in a dimly lit room without even performing any testing. And offended me with his questions. Perhaps, he really doesn't want to work there or he enjoys stereotyping African-American patients?
