        Literally the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life! The salesman promised me new tires and 6 free oil changes which happen every 6 months because my car takes full synthetic oil. I never got new tires and apparently I was informed today I no longer have any more oil changes on my maintenance plan because the manager informed me that I only get 4 oil changes my first year which is idiotic because oil changes are every 6 months not 3 months unless they were putting synthetic blend on my car which isnt the oil it calls for but that would mean my engine would mess up over time for putting the wrong viscosity of oil. When I asked about why they werent providing me what I was promised at the point of sale the manager simply replied with that sales representative no longer works here . I dont understand how the person who sold me my car would have any impact on what I was promised when I signed the paperwork but at this point the best thing I can do is spread the word about how inconsiderate these people are! They show zero compassion to their customers and make it very known that they dont care for you because your already contracted to them. Never ever ever recommending to anyone or buying from here again!
