        I seriously just called to ask a question and they couldn't even help with that or even give me there opinion I didn't even get to let them know my question and they said they couldn't help me cause of legal reasons and cause my dog is not a patient there I know for sure never to take my dog there

        Horrible services and poor communication. I went to drop off my dog by appointment at 7:30am, we pay for insurance there and the front desk said he would be done around 12-1pm.. its 3:00pm and I still have not gotten an update about my dog. The receptionist just took him without asking about a rundown of why we were coming in. I called several times throughout the day, I was on hold for 10 minutes on each phone call just for them to tell me they STILL have not seen my dog.

        I like this place has good with my animals. But then this one closed down in McAllen because they didn't have a veterinarian anymore
