I had a pipe burst out of nowhere and I had no idea things like this could happen from one day to the next. My entire home looked like an indoor pool. I called local companies and no one had the time to squeeze me in for same day. I called Servpro of Brownsville and they had a technician here within the hour vacuuming out the water. They did everything from drying, Tearing out the wet materials to later coming in and placing new drywall and flooring. I wish there was a 6th star to give! Professionalism and communication throughout the job was well above par. Coming to a new home and finding water damage throughout a two story home was, to say the least, one of the most stressful things my family and I have had to contend with in quite some time. The crew was on scene within an hour after contacting my insurance company. Did I mention we were already well into the evening when this occurred? They took great care in providing us with detailed information throughout the entire process. They worked well into the night, set up fans and dehumidifiers, and promised to be out every day to check on the drying regimen.
