Budget Blinds of South McAllen and Mercedes

I wish I could give this company more stars because the actual products themselves are very nice. However, getting someone on the phone to find out about status on an order is nearly impossible. I have tried calling multiple times a day, multiple days in a row and have yet to have a phone call returned. Communication is terrible at this location and I’m still waiting on an order that was made over 4 months ago. I understand that times are difficult right now, but some communication on the status of an order should be common sense. I have done the front of my house in plantation shutters and really wanted to continue throughout the house but after the experience I’ve had, I will be going with another company.
