Dr Brock, Dr Brittany and all the other doctors are amazing but the office staff is another story. They are unethical and unreliable. I asked multiple times to speak to the office manager and never got any type of response from any higher up.

I had been seeing Dr. Brock for about 3 to 4 years and in that time I can honestly say that his practice has the worst care I have ever had. His office staff rarely ever answers the phone, rarely ever returned calls and systematically made repeated mistakes from filling prescription, arranging procedures and schedulingreturn visits. I waited several months for them to schedule a procedure which never got done (They blamed the insurance company).  Then I switched to a different doctor and it was scheduled the next day. As for Dr Brock, he displays more interest in his religious retreats and than his patients. He lied to me straight to my face. After being on a 90 day refill regiment of my medication that I had been on for most of the time I was his patient he abruptly stopped and started me on a monthly cycle requiring me to have to pay monthly to his coffers. His excuse. "The medication was too strong to be 90 day refill". I strongly caution   anyone who plans to see him or is seeing him to reevaluate your decision. There are many more reputable practices out there.
