This trainer took my 20 week contest prep money and then did the bare minimum effort to mentor/ train myself. He took over 5 days to return an email. When he did email back it was less than 2 sentences. I had to write up my own check in results because he has no standard template or requirements. He did not answer me for one whole week and claimed he was out because of covid (dont know how much of that was true). He went 5 days without any food in my Meal plan, 4 days with no training for my plan (mind you this was on week 3 and 4). I decided to fire him on week 5 because he would not meet his agreement of the transaction I paid him for. I requested a refund of my money back for the weeks I had not used yet and he agrees to a weekly payment to repay what was left ($690). After haggling him for 3 weeks he only paid $150 back and then stopped returning my emails. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth your time. Please go somewhere else and do not make the same mistake I did.

Coby is an outstanding trainer. He not only knows his stuff but he is a genuine person who cares about meeting his clients needs and challenging them to be their best. I highly recommend him
