My experience with La Familia has been a nightmare. They never sent proper documentation to start my policy, so after two days I asked for a refund. This was March 15th, it is now April 5 and I still have yet to receive my $256 back. When I call they hang up in my face, they pretend that they are unable to speak English, or they place me on hold and never pick the phone back up. I even filled a dispute through Capital One, and they are unable to get someone to confirm the Refund. Do your research and go elsewhere where your money wont be stolen. They have high reviews because they give people discounts for giving them 5 stars, but if you continue to do your research within the reviews, you will see that im not the only customer that theyve done this too.

Great costumer service! Highly recommended, they searched around to find me the lowest rate. I highly recommend getting insurance here yall.
