they need to close it down for the price the room was not up to parts sheets was wrinkled no comforter pillows not fluffy tv to small paint chipping tubs stained just a mess

This hotel is the definition of mediocre. I wouldn't choose it again but the room was clean and quiet. Their pillows are awful and they won't give you blankets unless you ask for them. Needs a step up in management for sure because whoever is in charge here needs to get it together and up to guest standards because I'm sure it's not even up to Best Western standards.

This place was a dump. The room was to have been a king suite. Walked in and no couch which had been replaced with a coffee table and a rolling chair. The bed only had a top sheet on it, no blanket, quilt, comforter or bedspread. It's 45 degrees outside, so going to need more than a sheet. Looking closer, the king size bed has what appeared to be a mattress topper on it, but the problem was, it appeared to only be a queen size topper, leaving a 6 to 8 inch gap. Curtains were torn and had huge stains on them. We left despite already paying for the room and went elsewhere.

The staff was pretty friendly. However, our room was UNBELIEVABLE! 1. the curtains were off the track and couldn't be closed. We used duck tape to close them. 2. there was MOLD along the tub wall. 3. the carpet was so stained and filthy that the hems of my pjs haven't come clean after several washings! 4. the sheets were so threadbare in spots that we asked for another set. 5. no blankets or comforters on the beds. They did give us some when we asked for them unfortunately, they both had HOLES in them. Like I said: unbelievable!!
