        This business has to be a joke . I took my daughters Iphone 11 here on a monday to be fixed .By Wednesday night the screen went out . I returned The next day(Thursday) to the stand to get the 7 day warranty . I was greeted by a different rep who was ready to argue with me about I didnt get the phone fixed there. I had to show him the bank app, because the previous rep did not get me ANY receipt . By morning the screen is out AGAIN. dont shop here unless you are getting a phone case . And those were over priced

Can you please write to us at [email protected] with the specific details of the date of transaction, the last 4 digits of your card and the location you got the repair at. A lot of our customers confuse this with a different repair store in the same mall since their warranty states 7 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
