        James Armstrong Plumbing is a company with a heart. I explained my situation during these tough times and they understood. I had a hot water heater break flood my kitchen and into my living room late Saturday afternoon. I called and James helped me to remain calm.. I cut off the water and the breaker to the water heater. I tell you I was freaking out and James got me through it..I called other plumbers and got voice mail or robotic instructions; James answered his Phone .. we scheduled an appointment and he was on time. His home office is very friendly and communication was spot on.James explained everything to me and answered all my questions. When James Armstrong plumbing came to replace the hot water heater he explained the process showed me what was needed in the repair and the job was done ..
