        Gentle Transitions is the best hospice if u r looking for care of ur loved one. Ms. Gwenn took care of my mom during her cancer phase. It was so hard on us all. Having Ms. Gwenn there was like having a guardian angel on our shoulders to walk us through the process. Bathing, medications, & nothing but love. The name of her hospice is perfect because she was gentle thru it all. We are still blessed with her sweet smile & she is always a phone call away even years later now. We love u Ms. Gwenn Dalton. Thank u for being our guardian angel.
