Farmers Insurance - Michel Riviere

COVID is no match for this team. I sent a rush request for an update of insurance so I could get a loan into closing. This rush had ZERO to do with Team Riviere and it would have been expected to have to wait a day or even two for my results. Not Bonnie though. She explained they were short staffed because everyone was out sick. She apologized and said she would "Do her best" but would complete this by end of day for sure. I got the needed documents shortly thereafter. What fantastic customer service. What wonderful people. They know what they are doing and they deliver top-notch service even when faced with adversity. Well done, Team Riviere. Well done, Bonnie! Your customers are truly blessed to have you working on their side!

I have been working with Bonnie, and Michael for years, and they have both been extremely helpful with everything. They are kind and they realize insurance policies can be confusing so they make it really easy to understand. I will be a lifetime customer.

I cold called Mike, needing help in regards to my ill mom's Arizona policy now that I've moved her to Ca. He spent 15 minutes with me, making two different conference calls to customer service and the original Az agency. Not only did he connect me with the right people, he made sure I got the information I needed, and set me up with names and numbers for future reference. I can't express my heartfelt gratitude for the kindness and assistance Mike shared with me, especially since I'm not his client.
