I had a good experience with 911 Restoration and would happily recommend them. Oscar provided great service and communication. I felt included every step of the way - even though we naturally had issues at the same time as everyone else in the area. Oscars response time was excellent and he helped drive everyone involved. This was a process we had to pursue without bids given the urgent nature of water leaks and that is always a bit nerve wracking, but I felt like Oscars services and pricing were transparent and clear throughout. You always worry that when you connect with an unknown contractor you will be promised the world and then risk disappointment. That was not an issue here at all - proceed confidently knowing that Oscar is a responsible, reliable partner.

We discovered a hole in a Grey water sewer line behind walls, a huge mess and mold. Insurance claim was denied. Had 3 additional estimates all of which were very close and highly rated in YELP/Google. 911Restoration was our choice and couldnt be happier! Anthony M. was leading the project and was great! Pros: Quick response, Detailed assessment, documentation and steps for the work at hand. Constant communication from Anthony. Jose/Jose were assigned to clean up and remediate the mold. They were on time, clean, thorough and also walked me through the steps from beginning to end! Cons: Zero, none. Extremely happy and highly recommend to friends and neighbors
