UCF Automotive is incredible! I found UCF Automotive several months ago. I had a blown head gasket on a Dodge Charger and reached out for a replacement quote. Everywhere else I was going. Was giving me a go a way price of between 5 and 10 grand. Over the phone, Samantha was able to give me a generalized quote. And general labor time to get things going! This was under 3 grand. ( Your situation may vary.) Everyone spoke to an interacted with was amazing! At the time, this facility was fairly new. I have to go in for some paperwork late one evening and they gave me a tour of the facility. It is a very clean workspace. They take pride in the things that they do. They told me services that they hoped to provide down the line, like rebuilding transmissions and things of that nature. They want to be your one. Stop shop for body repair. And anything from oil changes to major engine work. I would absolutely let them! The staff is amazing. The work is done well. They take pride in everything they do. They were able to send me photos. What's the progress. The job did take longer than expected. But my engine, it's needed to be thoroughly clean before they re. Attached everything and they were having problems getting it done in a timely manner, so they let me know. And they made sure everything was clean. My engine has never run more clean, I feel like it has more power than it. Ever has even though it was just a blown head gasket, I fully support and would recommend this company for your all automotive needs. Job well done!

They chipped the bumper pain of my front right bumper, scratch pain while put back my license plate of my car, and they never got after market delate plate. I went back four times and get it fix and I left my car for another week and they never fixed it. The manager Jose told me they already got fix and didnt touch the bumper and never got done. That a waste of my time. They are not honest and they lie too much. I dont recommend it his bad experience.

Google removed my review posted last night and one other negative review posted 2 weeks ago. This business will keep your vehicle, not answer phones or return calls for weeks. They are awful. Will tell you 3 weeks for repairs and keep your vehicle for months with no communication. I cannot wvwn attest for the quality of work as we have not gotten our vehicle dropped off over 2 months ago back yet and cannot get a live person to talk to and no one will return our calls. They even stopped updating our insurance company who is paying for repairs. Do NOT take your vehicle here.

Fantastic! This team is full of highly skilled individuals who are work-filled and check in on every step of the process.
