I really thought long and hard if it was worth the energy to do this. I want to start with they did give us 25% off after we sent in pictures of all the issues, but even with that, that was insanely over priced. So we met with the son, and he seemed really awesome, he got us samples, he helped us pick colors, and this was why we chose them. He was very personable at first. Well, we left for a week and a half to have them tile one bedroom, paint 3 rooms, only 2 colors, about 13 doors- the same color, and install base boards. We were quoted just over 7000k. Well, where to start? The base boards were fine, except they missed 3 areas. The tile was laid at an angle, so the last pieces laid against the wall were all different angles to fit. Then, they poorly cut the tile and we had to get different tile to lay, which was a different color and they didn't tell us until it was already laid and we came back to the house and saw it. They also cut the tile in the backyard, and we ended up having to actually dig up the qwikset that they dumped every where and lay down new dirt and sod. This was very expensive. They also cracked our window and refused to fix it until I showed them the images of them breaking it. It took 2 months to fix. Originally, half way through when we were getting an update on the paint, they had painted the completely wrong colors, so they had to go buy new paint and redo it. They painted the trim paint on the walls and wall paint on the trim. They spilled paint on our brand new couch, our alexas, and painted over the stair rail hardware and light sockets. They also ruined both our Google nests. For some reason, none of paint on the floors peeled up either after it dried. The line on the ceiling was horrific, and they used caulk to try to fix it in every area , so eventually there were 3 different colors. They were eventually unresponsive to all of the issues we were finding. Lastly, the son showed up to workhung over (and possibly more). He bragged about his weekends, and I told the mom relating it to the workmanship and she was like, "NO, that's not my son, he doesn't party". He actually broke our toilet which was 700 to fix how it was attached. Even with the discount, we ended up paying 3 to 4k to have it all fixed. We should have just paid the person with the highest quote, and it still would have been cheaper and done right the first time and not taken multiple months to do/fix. At the end of it, we had to have some one come back in and fix it all.
