2024 May: O&M to rescue again! The backyard faucet has been persistent problem for several years and lately our water hose became fused to the faucet. I contacted O&M to replace the hose bib and vacuum breaker. Alex and Aaron came over and performed that task. As always, they patiently answered all my questions and were courteous, knowledgeable, and conducted themselves in a professional manner. O&M always goes the extra mile! 2024 Feb: Son and daughter-in-law discovered a leak and contacted O&M for assistance. Andrew was sent to investigate and found a pipe blockage, which he promptly resolved and made sure the toilet and tubs were functioning again. O&M has consistently provided us with affordable, reliable, professional, and friendly service, making us loyal and satisfied customers. 2022 Dec: O&M came over to initially replace a toilet and discovered a pipe clog that we thought might be serious. They cleared it, set the new toilet and hauled the old one away at a reasonable cost all while being dependable, professional and friendly. We remain loyal and happy customers! 2022 June: We have been using O&M well over 10 years now. Most recently, they replaced the toilet flapper as well as repairing the toilet flange w/ new deep brass ring and re-set the toilet. Very happy with their professionalism and dependability! 2022: Honest, dependable, professional and friendly. We have used O&M Plumbing for over 10 years. Most recently, Ben came over to connect our new refrigerator to the waterline when Home Depot couldn't connect it. Very, very happy with his work, as always!! 2021: We have used O&M since 2011 and have been *very* happy each and every time We had a pipe burst in the garage this winter due to the extreme cold. Joseph came out and repaired two pipes and replaced the washer box. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and polite.
