We had a blowout on toll road 130 near Tesla Rd. and Michael came out swiftly changed my sisters tire to the spare and was able to get the whole tire replaced in two business days - my sister has a 2023 Kia spectra and NOBODY had the tire in stock not even the Kia dealership and Custom Motor Group was able to get the tire replaced. The price was very reasonable and service was hassle free. Thank you!!!

Maria & Mike are a class act! I was went to two Franchise Dealerships & got the runaround. Both stores tried to force me to buy a warranty for the cargo van that I wanted to purchase. Mike & Maria made the process seamless, and they even referred me to UFCU which have me a lower rate than my current credit union. Custom Motor Group is my Go-To Dealership.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I bought a car from this place a year ago. Since than ALMOST EVERYTHING has broken down. The car shakes when driving. The ac stopped working. Ac motors went out. I've had different mechanics say that it looks like it was submerged in a flood. They showed me were the sensors and wiring work was rigged up. The carfax is not trustworthy. It said the car was fine FALSE!!
