Chase Bank

Went to get power of attorney notarized. They said they couldn't do it (that it was Chase's policy). Called the branch at Coit and Legacy and they said come up - we do those all the time. Got it done in 10 minutes there. Not sure if they are lazy or just don't understand the notary process at the Park St branch, but don't go there for notary services.

Chase bank customer service Is HORRIBLE!!! I have been a customer for 30 years and ready to walk away! I can not stress enough the level of poor service I have received!!

Worst Chase Bank ever! As a current account holder, I simply wanted to get my 16 year old started on a highschool checking account. The Indian lady that works there took one look at my daughter who was wearing a crop top and made a dirty look at her. Then she refused to help us. We had to go to the Chase on 15th and Custer and received excellent service there! Never go to this location!
