        We had these poseurs install carpet and tile. We asked for durable commercial grade carpet and got cheap stuff that did not last 3 years. We also requested that they eliminate the subfloor squeaks before intalling the flooring. Never happened. The tile is also a mess. Lippage is terrible and they did not clean the epoxy grout from the tiles. Proceed with hiring them at your peril.

        This review is for a job done 3 years ago. A small bath remodel had turned into a huge mess that took 2 months of multiple fixes. Recently tiles in the bathroom started coming apart and we decided to get it fixed thru a different contractor. As the tiles were being removed we were shocked at the unprofessional and erroneous way the work was done behind the tiles. Years later i am still sorry for recruiting Nadine floors.

        Nadine store hours ends at 7:30 PM on Wednesday night but I was there at 7 PM and the store was already closed. Wish I can give 0 stars for wasting my time, but Im not surprised. This has happened before - second time now. They lost a customer for life. I wont consider this store for future purchase again! Good riddance!
