Matt Lohoefer Insurance

If you would like an agent that refuses to answer any questions you have and makes assumptions without even speaking to you then this is your guy. Ghosting you for a week - this is definitely your agency you will want to go with. We held Matt and his team in the highest regard until he escalated a situation that could have been handled by simply returning a phone call. I recommend you go somewhere else if you want to be taken care of at all. *Edit to address the response from ML: We spoke with Tasha twice about the floors to understand if our adjustor was correct or not. Tasha was wonderful helping us understand in that instance and we were not upset with ML over this and dropped it? So I would like to state that is inaccurate and even so - it is your job to assist us with our policy no? It was at least a month plus when we tried to reach you again regarding OUR SHOWER backing up in our primary bathroom. An entirely separate issue and we needed clarification on if we should even try and file a claim or not. Thank you for providing a great example of the poor customer service we have been given.
