Expert Plumbing

A water pipe broke at my house on a Sunday afternoon. They were at my house in 15 minutes and fixed the problem! Excellent service and very professional! I highly recommend them!!!

Twice now I have called to have services done at my home. The first time I called the woman on the phone recommended me to a handy man because it would be cheaper. This morning I was calling about possibly installing my water heater only to be ostracized for needing it to be done without breaking the bank. I was most shocked when she finished the phone call with, "If you're looking for the cheapest, I'm not it." For being an expert plumber, I wouldn't say they are an expert in professionalism.

Called me 10 mins before the scheduled time that they cant be here because they have other emergency came up and had fix that first. I told them mine is emergency too my whole pipe line is clogged i cant flush i cant wash dishes etc etc but the woman just hung up on me . Very unprofessional.
