        This branch is my go-to. It's safe, tidy, and inviting. The staff Mr.Jonathan is very professional, helpful, and patiently guide me through using the bank app. The rest of the staff members are equally enthusiastic and reliable.

        Truly annoyed. Ive banked with Chase for 30+ years. Always at a different location, however i had some fraud committed at this location. Its been over 2 weeks, multiple calls a day from myself and the Round Rock police department... the branch manager CANNOT BE REACHED AND DOESNT RETURN PHONE CALLS. So I finally reached out to another branch and branch manager who gave me info and a phone number for the police detective to call... in a matter of less than 10 minutes. Explain to me how someone cant communicate that over the course of 2 weeks.... but someone else could within less than 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous

        There is no tellers and only an atm inside I was told could disperse up to 3000$ but wouldnt even give me anything, waste of my time.
