I had an 11:45pm check-in. Tanner told me nothing about the hotel once my card was taken and charged. I had to ask, is that it? and he said yes. No mention of breakfast, no mention where the elevators are, and no mention where the pool is or the gym, regardless if it's a note in my key card envelope. I spun the wheel at the desk also and landed on "surprise" and he didn't even make an effort to mention it or give me anything. I saw Nima in the morning and told her about it and she gladly let me pick something from the sweets selection. She is a star employee and deserves all the praise along with Marc and Ms. Sheila, who I tipped. Your room will get cleaned every other day unless you request for a different day. The hot breakfast is great, many TV stations, including HBO. And Ms. Sheila does an excellent job of watching over everything and keeping things restocked and in order. Housekeeping cleaned my room but didnt wipe down the table next to the couch, nor did they replace the shower gel in the holder with the new bottle that I was full - they left it on the counter. They also cleaned the sink but then the stopper was all the way down and I had no way to put it back up so I contacted the front desk to have someone come out and Marc promptly assisted. Jordan the redhead needs to bring happy energy to each customer that passes by or approaches here as I wasn't feeling that vibe during my short interactions with her. Stay in the back office if you can't properly interact will ALL guests. I would stay here again but perhaps not the first choice.
