Not what I expect from a Marriot. Front desk person seemed bothered. Fridge was off, hot and had black mold in it. No breakfast of any kind. Even as a Bonvoy member Ill choose a different chain next time I stay in round rock for a sporting event.

Upon arrival, the concierge was locked out of the system. It was after hours and he was the only one on staff. He went through the rounds with the India tech support, and no local managers were available as they were supposed to be--obviously asleep and not answering phones. During the hour and half, it took for the concierge to access the system and find our reservation to give us our room, guests came down requesting toilet paper and towels because the maid service failed to properly supply their rooms. This was at 12:30-1 a.m. After we FINALLY got our room cards, we got to our room, and it was substandard--had a musty odor of stale cigarettes. Needless to say, Marriott will no longer be getting our corporate bookings.

This is by far THE WORST hotel my family has stayed in. We came down for a soccer tournament and checked into an extremely dirty room. I let the hotel know but my room was never cleaned. I ended up buying my own supplies to clean. The manager Kristen has never reached out or responded to my concerns after countless messages and voicemails. The GM offered to issue me 5000 points that I am still waiting on three months later. AVOID AVOID AVOID this hotel at all costs. I spoke with Marriott corporate who advised there was nothing they could do since the hotel GM advised the room wasn't dirty.... How would he know when he wasn't on property when the incident happened. I will NEVER stay in another Marriott if I can help it
