We were greeted with a welcoming smile and seated quicker than promised. Our server was wonderful and answered all of our questions. The menu offered an extraordinary number of options. You have many options of which sauce you want, and a variety of additions to your main course. I ordered the Ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese with tomato basil sauce. The entire meal was delicious and the sauce tasted like it was made from freshly picked san marzano tomatoes. I give Palermo's a 10 out of 10!

This is by far the best Italian food in Round Rock that I have come across in the 15 years of living in Texas. Mind you I moved here from Brooklyn so I know what real Italian food is. Good job fellas! I had to come back and add to my review I went again with my girlfriend and good Lord this is some good food. I'm an Italian guy from Brooklyn and this is not only the best Italian food in Round Rock but possibly the best in Texas that I've had in 15 years.
