        These guys are awesome! Perfect customer service and communication from scheduling to finish. I have had low water pressure for months and only warm water in a shower. S&D plumber was quick to solve both problems. Replaced a bad regulator by the street and replaced a part in the shower handle. Having purchased the S&D VIP maintenance program in an earlier service, the plumber also did a whole house plumbing inspection which included flushing my hot water heater. S&D plumbing knows their stuff! I'm a happy customer, singing in a hot shower!

        Will never use again. I called to scheduled changing out a toilet in a 2 year old house. They said they could give me a ball park estimate until the plumbers arrived. When they did I was 39 weeks, 5 days pregnant. They quoted us $753 dollars (we supplied the toilet). They did the work in less than 2 hours. When Lorenzo and Christine P. the plumber and apprentice left. Christine had to nerve to ask my husband for a review based on the fact that she was a woman. Will never use again!

        They don't disclose prices and procedures over the phone. The technician will show up and tell you the price in addition to service/trip fee. Even if you decide not to go with their service, you end up paying for their trip for no reason. 10 minutes of leak detection cost me $475.

      We give all pricing upfront before moving forward with any work and make sure to get signatures to ensure transparency. You are correct that we do not give pricing over the phone as every situation is different and our licensed technicians are the ones that give pricing while onsite. We are not the cheapest plumbers in the area but we are certainly not the most expensive. When we spoke I was attempting to explain the pricing on the job we performed for you and would be happy to do that if you would like. - Brian

      We do not give estimates over the phone. Every situation is different, therefore we need to have one of our technicians onsite to give an accurate assessment and quote.
