RowCal

RowCal (previously Relevant Management) saved my board. Before RowCal, we were being robbed monthly by our then management company, and were basically board managed. Kim and Pinkie came in and saved us.They proved themselves very quickly and earned every project of which we were happy to relinquish to them, knowing we could trust them. We are an active board, so we definitely keep them on their toes, but honestly, we've never needed to keep them on anything. We've been with them for 3 or 4 years now, and it has been great. We are entering RowCal world and looking forward to the expanded support they have after the merger. New name but same people. They get my vote.

I have worked with Relevant Management on several projects for associations they manager. They were quick to respond to any questions/issues that we had during the projects and provide assistance when needed. I know how difficult HOA management can be, especially during construction projects that inconvenience owners, and appreciate their quick turn-around on communication and getting us the approvals/answers needed to complete the projects!

Kim, Pinkie & the Relevant Management Team are excellent. They have helped improve our community immensely. Their customer service, excellent contractors they work with, communication & genuine care for our community are top notch. Highly recommended.

Who is posting reviews here, all their friends and buddies? Not one has mentioned the property they live at that is being managed by Relevant Management LLC. This is me, trying to water the plants that they plunked into the flowerbed in front of my condo two months ago and then left to die without any water. I have no control over the outside of my condo as all of that is their responsibility. The other picture is the front of the condo with the big hole in the ground where a crepe myrtle used to be and the decrepit tree that has only two branches left. Along with the roof that should have been replaced ages ago. Isn't that lovely curb appeal? This is what you get with RowCal. Update: I am not misinformed. It has looked like this for over two years now. Everything died in the snowstorm, not the most recent freeze. Happy to hear something will be done. Thanks.
