If I could give 0 stars I would Terrible experience with company after they acquired my CPA firm Mike Manoloff in Houston. All was fine for 20 plus years with Mike. After the take over my corporate return was almost late and my personal return was late for the first time in history. Phone calls were not returned in a timely manner FORGET ABOUT personal service. I felt like a number instead of a client.

I have done my taxes with Sean for 7 years this company bought him out and didnt tell me over the phone or email when I talked to them 10x that my new years bill is 245$ more than my last years of $320 now 565$. Wow stealing money and managers response was we will take you to court or collections

DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A FIRM! I made the mistake of using this company two years in a row, and both years were filled with unprofessional screw ups from start to finish, literally. I submitted my taxes 4 weeks before the deadline, they were incapable of completing them on time so they filed an extension. Then the non-cpa junior agent assigned to my file, quit. My file was lost, my documents I submitted, lost, and that was it. For weeks I emailed and left messages with no response until I email the general company account, and was told yes, the person working my file had quit and they hadn't bothered to had their files to anyone else. This was August. So they assign my file to a jr CPA that I had to teach several things, who did his best, but clearly was new and with little to no knowledge of investing or real estate, but eventually after two months sent me a return so filled with errors I have to have another CPA review and re-submit them. Then, to top it off they sent me a link to pay my bill, oddly almost the identical amount of my taxes coming back to me, which was off by about $7k I've been informed, and the link they sent me, goes to a dead website placeholder for godaddy. This company is WORTHLESS! DO NOT USE THEM!

I have had an absolutely awful experience with this company. My first year with them under David Tucker (the original owner) was great so I went to them again to do my 2021 taxes, that was in March of 2022. Here we are in August of 2023 and they still havent finished my returns for 2021. Ive been handed off to 3 different people and constantly have to follow up to see whats going on. Just when it seemed like my taxes might finally get worked on after providing everything they requested theyre now trying to add fees to their services that were never mentioned before and seems quite ridiculous to do when you havent been able to complete a tax return for a returning client after 1.5yrs. Ive used accountants for 10yrs and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.
