Kevin and his entire staff at KSAT have always taken great care of my ships (Pilatus PC12s, King Air B200). Whenever I call them, they are quick to get me in and back in the air. This was the most amazing maintenance team I have ever experienced. They all came in on their day(s) off to get our three AOG Piper Archers up and running. We were stuck in San Antonio, with no help from our company, trying to get back to California. They were SO helpful and constantly communicated. EXTREMELY amazing hospitality, even offered to give us rides to our hotel. My team could not have continued without this help. Thank you Andy, Bobby, Will, and Lane from San Antonio Cutter Aviation.

The team at Cutter Aviation San Antonio is amazing. We had 3 Piper Archers break down on a ferry flight to CA. After calling over 50 maintenance shops and being turned away, Cutter was the only ones willing to help us. It was Memorial Day weekend and Will, Andy, Bobby, Lane, and Scott came in on their days off and managed to get ahold of Piper and have a part ship literally overnight. They worked above and beyond to get us airborne the following day. They were hospitable, kind, and extremely professional. It is hard to put into words how much they helped and looked out for us. I could not commend or recommend them enough!

It was Memorial Day weekend and we got stuck in KSAT because of maintenance issues. Although busy and a holiday weekend, the mechanics at Cutter came in ON THEIR DAY OFF to make sure we were taken care of. They made sure that we werent left stranded in San Antonio and went above and beyond! Thank you, Cutter Aviation!
