Verandas at Alamo Ranch

I truly appreciate the phenomenal customer service by Matthew and Susana. They provided great detail about the property and were very clear about the availabilities and the pricing. The property is very clean and very organized and gives you a resort style feel. Looking forward to moving in!

I am a new resident at the Verandas and I can wholeheartedly say that my time at the complex has been nothing but incredibly positive! Destinee has been amazing at making my time here easy and hassle free. She is also very courteous and kind. Every interaction I have had at the front office has been stellar. The complex is well kept, quiet, and there is an abundance of parking available at all hours of the day. Neighbors/other residents have been very welcoming and nice as well. I would highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a new apartment!

I lived there for a year, the pool was almost always closed for vandalism, there was missing gym equipment, people loitering in the gym, the camera in the gym doesnt work, the gate is never closed. They never reached out to me about renewing my lease through email or letter, so when I went in person they pushed my move out date to the end of the month because I didnt give them enough notice basically had me stay the entire month. Wouldnt let me turn in my keys early either, definitely not worth the money theyre going for.

Enjoy living here, they have detached garages, storages, and pet park, location is convenient to a ton of dining and office staff is pretty nice.
