Their oil change with tire rotation is way overpriced and they attempted to overcharge me. The service advisor Carl was not the most friendly to work with.

I will give this place 0 stars because there is no one care for serves customer questions, no one explains to you what he did with yor car, no one answers the questions, and you do not know if your car was actually serviced or it is just a lie because there is no video. 2.30 hr for oil change ,very bad experience

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, they dont even deserve the one. I scheduled service a few weeks in advance for a Saturday Afternoon (11/17) at 3 pm. I show up a little before 3 and it appears they had one service advisor working and he was clearly overwhelmed. He mentioned that he could not check my car in because they have been slammed all day. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if the service department wont honor it? Seems kind of pointless to me. The advisor said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. So I basically wasted an hour and a half of my weekend to not get my car serviced. If these clowns cant even honor and perform a simple routine maintenance appointment, what else can they screw up? Probably everything else. I wouldnt buy or give them any money STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, I will keep taking my business to World Car and everyone else should too!
