Alamo Toyota Service

Alamo Toyota has 5 stars from me this morning because of Assistant Service Manager, Cory Larusso. I showed up with an issue this am, it was caused by them, I was not happy ! Cory was able to calm my stress, take care of issue in less than 30 minutes & no charge ! Thankyou Cory, you're a great employee & have restored my faith in Alamo Toyota. I will be back !

Oh well It seemed to be not bad at first glance. However it turned very sour once we got back home. Apparently all the paperwork that came with my vehicle stated that it is a brand new car with 2 miles on it, turned out though it has 431 miles on it at the time I took an actual look at the odometer and I live 4 miles away from the place. I find this sort of manipulation very unethical and not fair. I cant even say whether or not my vehicle is new or used for whatever dealership was using it for. It might have even been damaged and I will take a close look into that. Shame on you Joshua and Hector, Im never coming to this place again. Not happy with the service. I received today. I arrived by my appointment time at 8:15 AM to drop off my vehicle. That's having AC problems on a 2022 Corolla. Waited and waited for a shuttle about an hour and a 1/2 to be told they don't know when they're gonna have the shuttle back because there's only one driver that day. I have to go to work to pay for my car. I shouldn't have to wait That long for a service that you provide you should have more than one driver with as many customers as you have doing service at your company

Great Service very nice people. They had me in and out within an hour. Had a play area for my little one . I really liked this place .
