I appreciated that we were able to get an appointment immediately. The diagnosis, including a video showing some of the results, was texted to me, and a quote was provided all within 2 hours of initiating work. My car was fixed within 24 hours. Upfront, communicative, and quickwhat's not to like about that?

They mentioned that the diagnosis would be $116 and would be added into the total repair. But in the final bill they counted it separate and charged $116 on top of the repairs. Also when I returned observing the similar sound from the fixed front tires the manager called Randy started screaming and yelling at the fact that they probably would have to recheck the work and the owner was nowhere to be found who had told me to bring it in. That person was like a maniac shouting and this place should be avoided like the plague. You can get auto repair done at other shops who would do a similar job and wouldnt scam you or scream and curse at you for just bringing the car for a recheck. This was the very first time any repair shop manager was such a mannerless barbarian in my experience.

I usually don't post and as a matter of fact this is my first. What a terrible experience. After getting vehicle to them I was given an estimate of approx. 1,500 for repairs . I realized having done same repairs on other cars before the price was outrageous but still wanted to consider getting it done there due to convenience and vehicle already there but after speaking with management they would not go down not even a penny. Incredible poor customer service. I planned on leaving my vehicle at the shop if they would at least work with the so called diagnostic/estimate fee of $165.00 since I was giving them the $1,400 or so job, but got cold shoulder and responses from manager. No consideration at all to work around it. Well, they lost business over that fee after I advised them of the clear symptoms of the vehicle but after receiving inquiries from management on whether I was going to do job and no feedback from them in desire in working that minimal amount for a business that apparently is established I decided to take business elsewhere. Even at that no desire ever to attempt to conduct business for the repair. Definitely not a business I want to deal with. Surely they have customers , even loyal customers that likely don't know any better about mechanics and their outrageous prices. They no doubt need to work on customer service skills to possibly add to their customer base but not from here.
