        My experience with this bank for auto loans is terrible they are so unorganized lost tittle now trying to jack up interest rate just because they cant find the tittle I will never do Business with them ever again nor recommend anyone to do it !!!!

        Worst customer service ever. No communication skills all the employees need better training. Sends tow trucks at 10:37pm to illegally repossessed a car. Don't do business with them.

        Such a nice atmosphere and friendly people to deal with. Interest rates are always competitive and approval odds for a loan seem to be better for me anyway. Ive been a member of PenFed for years!
