Some of the teachers are fine and making an effort, though some of those efforts (e.g. drilling two year olds made to sit still in chairs during) are misguided due to lack of pedagogical training. I once watched the owner carry on a conversation about poker for ten minutes while I waited to ask him about the a/c that went unfixed for a week in the toddlers room in the middle of Texas summer without even relocating anyone. Kids were leaning over a fence toward cooler air, panting. Thats what made me finally take my kid out. Healthy snacks have, like, whipped cream and sprinkles on them. My fav of their DCF reprimands is the one about inebriated teacher.

I wouldn't trust a business to care for my children when they can't keep a website up to date. When the facility was informed of this error, I did not receive an apology. If I am the first person to inquire about this company in almost a year, then clearly there is not a place to leave ones children.

This was my toddler's first chance at daycare and I was counting on this place to provide a nurturing environment for my child.  Instead they let him cry the whole time he was there, and out of two weeks of going they only picked him up once.  I watched on the camera app (which is very grainy and has no sound) and the teachers would literally just ignore him.  There's no cameras outside and I had enough of this place when I surprise picked him up and he was sitting outside in the heat next to the door scream crying and no one was paying him any attention.  They said he had been crying the whole time.  I literally can't believe it.  Pick him up!  Nurture him!  Help him feel safe!  Instead they took away his stuffed animal puppy and just let him cry.  Sending my 18 month old boy to this place is my biggest regret as a parent so far.
