@ tremayne Jackson Hello, there I dont believe we have your son in our center. We have over 18 years of experience in the same place. Are you sure youre not referring the daycare that just opened next to us a couple of months ago.

A few years ago I dropped off my daughter at this facility only to find that she still had the same diaper from the morning, there was 3 other kids sitting on the floor with her as she cried, and the lady in the 12 month class looked overwhelmed. That day I picked up my daughter and never came back. My heart broke knowing that I had dropped off my daughter at this facility.

My son attended this daycare for about 3 months. I thought he would stop crying when I dropped him off after a few days, but he cried every single morning for 3 months. It broke my heart. I thought maybe he was still getting adjusted to being in daycare. But I also noticed he never brought home any art work or assignments. Hes only 2 but I worked in 3 different daycares - Even at just a year old, all the babies did some sort of art/class work every day. Every morning I dropped him off, I noticed they had the tv on. Every afternoon I picked him up, they still had the tv on. Their playground was under renovation so I started to question what my son was doing all day. My last straw was one day, my son threw a tantrum right after I picked him up + he looked up at me + said the words Pow pow. Im not Hispanic so Ive never used that word with him but Im aware that it means spanking. I dont know if he was spanked, threatened with one, or observed a teacher saying it to someone else. I know its not something kids usually say to each other. My son is extremely smart + repeats everything he hears. I do not believe in spanking whatsoever. I asked to view the camera footage + was told it doesnt record. They also finally sent parents a link to an app that allows you to check on your child but none of the teachers use it. I decided to pull him out + I found a new daycare with an awesome playground. The new daycare uses an app that allows your to check on your children, receive photos + make payments. My son cried only the first 3 days of me dropping him off + hasnt cried since. I dont know for a fact if my son was spanked or threatened but he is much happier at his new daycare + now i have peace of mind.
