        All i have 2say is..."CHECK UR ITEMS B4 U LEAVE or WHILE UR STILL THERE" horrible dry cleaning job and they can agree when u point it out but u still have 2pay! They say they'll send back 4 a re-do but no difference! Service: Organic dry cleaning

      Mr Fogarty, we did not have your vehicle towed. It was towed by the owner of the property, our landlord. It is unfortunate that you were towed. You should not have been towed if you were doing business in any of the stores on the property. We are happy to get you in touch with the landlord if that is the case.

      Good morning Ms Kyte, I see you reviewed us. I checked up on you and you are a T-mobile sales person. Who has never used us, instead came in to our store and bullied our staff as our video shows. We will be contacting T-mobile.

We are sorry you were upset that we did not clean your garment that had tassels but the tassels were damaged and out of an abundance of caution we did not. Our afternoon customer service person did call you (I have video) however you were not available. We do hope you give us another opportunity to serve you.

      Thank you for taking the time to write a review, while we always strive for a garment that is stain free, there are many factors that go into removing a stain. Sometimes depending on the type of stain and or the age of the stain it can become permanent as it oxidizes. We do ask that you bring it back for a free re-do, as we have alternative options for trying to remove a stain (Sometimes that requires your permission if we go off care label.) Of course the color of the fabric and condition of the garment and the manufacturer's care label always play into our ability to deal with your stain.
