        I LOVE the concept of being able to customize a sectional couch. We had an awesome and very knowledgeable salesperson. Cris made this fun and easy even though he was having a busy day. Would recommend 100%.

        We casually strolled into the San Antonio- La Cantera location to browse fir our upcoming build. I’ve been interested in a sactional for some time but my husband didn’t know much about them... so we went in to get a little more information. Needless to say, we ended up purchasing same day. Parry and Chris were awesome to work with, and very personable. Nothing felt forced, and the entire time we were there they remained super upbeat and friendly. They are a valuable part to the LoveSac sales team. We will most definitely be back :)

        After moving into our new home, complete with a beautiful Love Sactional couch, the cup holders we received were for a roll arm and we have standard. Cris went above and beyond to exchange for the right set and ensured we were satisfied. Our next Love Sac purchase will be at this store - with Cris. Thank you!
