Keep getting phone calls from this number. They called me twice in a row and do not leave messages. Ended up googling the number and this place comes up. No idea what they are calling me for or what they want. But seeing the other reviews it's probably irrelevant

This place does not deserve even 1 star, the service is terrible, I brought my niece to ask for help because she is a minor, after the ballplayers as they wanted, they lost her papers and nothing happens, she has to apply again, no I understand how they don't do something with these people who don't want to work, the security lady at the door is extremely rude, I asked a supervisor and turning his back to me he told me that I had to wait in line that if the window wanted me They were looking for the supervisor, what a lack of respect. My God, I am so disappointed in this place, they should change all the staff because they are inept and lack of respect.

My wife an I have updated our info multiple times. Redone applications. Turned papers in person. For 4 months now we waited to get approved, and every time we hear back or call they never have our information even though it was submitted the week prior. My wife has talked to a top manager and was told to just reapply. Reapply for what? So the same incompetent staff can keep losing documents while my children go hungry? There is no way a government entity like this should have this many problems. Yall need to fire majority of your staff because they are purposely denying families and giving those same benefits to their own family and friends. This has got to stop. I refuse to belive the my documents never get submitted. And that they lose information that easy. If that's the case why is this establishment still allowed to operate???
