So i had to update my experience. When you move in its exciting but there are so many little issues that i did not find until i moved it. Im grateful for warranty but im not happy that i have to wait for things to get done when it should had been done originally.

Very impressed with Donald the site sales person! He was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered my questions! The quality I reviewed in the model home was little better than I've seen with other builders in the area that I have viewed! Definitely a consideration just no homes available now or within the next 60 days in that neighborhood. Gave me other developments they have and up coming developments. Sorry they don't cross sale in the neighborhoods they build. Donald thank you for a great experience! Go Cowboys!
