Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio North/Stone Oak

Have room in your budget for a new vehicle window. There were multiple vehicle break ins that occurred in one night at this location all of our windows were busted. Some were keyed and smashed as well. You would think after hearing about at least the third one management would go around and check on their guests vehicles considering they take license plate numbers at the beginning of check in. But nope, they didnt even care they just wanted us all checked out on time. Not even the San Antonio police department had the decency to look around after getting multiple calls the same hotel for the same incident. This city is a joke. These people are going to continue to come back so please be careful staying here. God forbid anyone actually caught them then who knows what would could have happened here. Safety: Multiple vehicle break ins nothing done to check on guest or prevent from happening again.

I was surprised to see cracked shower area and no one was at front desk to help. The bed sheets were unclean. Looks the house keeping is bad here. You expect more for 90 bucks a night.

Currently here, I've kept the do not disturb sign. On my door my whole stay . Yet they try to enter though I have the locks on while I'm in my room, kindly saying no thank you. I even went as far going ro front desk to say please say no service , and today I come back to my room to find housekeeping was in my room and I was not happy. I don't know there is a lack of communication.

Expect to pay hidden fees and deposits, but no one tells you. They just take it out of credit card or bank.
